Rich Fruit Cake

Our fruit cake is mature for a mini of 3 months with a fine brandy.

​All of our regular cakes contain gluten and may contain nuts or traces of nuts. We are able to make gluten-free cakes for customers with gluten intolerance but not a gluten allergy as our kitchen is not a certified allergy-free workspace

We are proud to cater for a variety of dietary requirements including:

Our cakes are suitable for vegetarians.

Any Requests? If you have a particular flavour/flavour combination in mind I will always try to accommodate this for you

All our sponge are coated in a layer of chocolate ganache

before we cover in fondant. Ganache is a luxurious mix of melted chocolate and cream which not

only tastes delicious but also enables us to achieve a professional finish.


Please note that all our cakes are cooked in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, wheat and gluten.
